Normal Draft Pick Champion Select Bug

After everyone clicked yes to get into the champion select I was stuck with the retrieving game server, even though to my friends I was connected. Once the screen closed, the page remained black and I was unable to click anything. Please look into this just incase something like this continues happening not only to me but others as well.

I've had this happen many times recently since the newest patch as well (perhaps even 5.21) and have had Leave Buster mad at me. Even during champ select, I've had random 'disconnects' from the server which cause Leave Buster think I've been a jerk.
