Last post about this is a mess now so I'll try again: Tank version for ardents passive. breathing*

Tank support item:

30 armor

60 magic resist

250 mana

UNIQUE passive: 10% cool down reduction

UNIQUE Passive: Whenever you hard cc an enemy, allies attacking this unit gain 10% - 30% Attack Speed and your attacks deal an additional 5 - 20 on-hit magic damage for 6 seconds. (ardent and this hypothetical item would have the same named passives to prevent them stacking with eachother)

The desire for this item is there is no offensive stat buffing items tank supports can buy accept Zekes convergence. If you are snow balling a lane hard and dont need to increase your adc defensively then your contribution to the snowball from that point on wont grow, its very unrewarding. Zekes also does a big hit everytime you ult rather then the smaller boosts of power granted from ardent procs given by enchanters all the time. Offering attack speed also gives an alternative for adcs that just frequently want as much attack speed as possible all the time like ashe, varus, kog, and kai'sa.

As for being used with Zekes... if its really that over powered then you have a really big issue with rakan and lulu who can both pull off an ardent/zekes combo very well... oh wait pyke, morgana, and brand are the opop not them... hmmmm weird cause they dont typically get either of these items... its almost like those who persistently argued this in my last post dont know what they are talking about.

Look, people all the time are asking for a higher variety of items in the game... except cost effective items for the true support champions who have the lowest variety of to any other group of champion by far... and then that is split up between tanks and enchanter making the options even less. I dont play only support, I can do everything but top to some effectiveness though I know bot lane best. Infact ADC is my favorite at this time and before that I was cranking out mid lane mages... but when I do play thresh, allistar, or Leona... Id like more versatility then the couple years old cookie cutter items that have been.

Edit: The insistence that the passive is broken cause it can proc on every ally has been repeated on the last post. I find this strange since so many ardent users are ardent users because they can reliably apply it on many people at a time frequently, good examples being Karma, Lulu, and Soraka. However the insistence has made me consider perhaps adding a conduit active would be in order.

Active- Assign an ally as your conduit (50 second cool down).
