There should be an enhanter that grants AP to round out the options.

Swain bot lane had me thinking about this awhile back, however I stopped thinking about it as soon as it occurred to me this support would be lack luster for pretty much every other bot lane carry pick. However today I was pondering it again and realized I am an idiot and this is in no way the case. Enchanters are AP scaling champions, so an enchanter that can grant AP can just grant themselves the AP enhancing their heals, shields, and whatever damage they do making it useful no matter the match up, though more as a means to enhance defense.

Asume the champion has just 1 or 2 damage oriented AP ratios in their kit with the rest being taken up by defensive/utility stuff. This may only add up to 50-100% AP more damage while placing it on a lux means the AP will have more offensive use with 150% for a basic combo or 225% if Lux all ins, so it would be a very practical ability offensively if one has a mid lane carry to buff up. As for the enchater granting themself the AP to buff their sheild and heals ect... A good way to balance this would be to make the heals/sheilds weaker then the other enchanter's unless this one uses and combos the AP buff making the abilties more significant then other enchanters considering what would be a higher invesment of their kit and resource.

Imagine such a support grabbing Ardent Censor and then buffing up an Azir or kayle XD.
