Cool down 15/12/9/6/5 R-"RKO" Randy RKO's and enemy champion stunning them and dealing AOE damage to everyone else while applying a slow, if he executes an enemy champion with RKO he can use it again. Damage 200/275/350 scales off AD. Cool down 2 minutes/1:35/55 seconds
