Can we please do something about Jayce? He is super broken. The damage he does is absolutely insane and it's really unfair to just about anyone on the enemy team.

Jayce is a powerful lane bully, but as the game goes on he has to either sacrifice his damage potential for defense, or sacrifice all his defense to continue ramping up his damage.
In the first case, building armor will allow you to mitigate his damage and engage him into a longer drawn out fight where he is disadvantaged.
In the second, you will need to gap-close on him and/or hit him with some form of hard-cc, but once you do he will explode.
Renekton is a fairly good brawler against him, dealing comperable damage in the early game as well as having hard CC and sustain, two things that Jayce lacks.
Mundo can quickly ramp up to become unkillable after an item like SFcape or Randuin's
Nasus will lose lane early, but quickly become a monster that Jayce will have trouble dealing with in either build path. Full damage Jayce has his damage resisted and half his life torn off in a single Q, tanky Jayce doesn't even scratch Nasus.
If you always surr at 20 it's no wonder you think Jayce is OP
Can you be more specific, you could say this about every carry in the game. Considering some other champs that fill the top carry role, jayce has pretty balanced damage.
Oh look, a bronze 4 with a 24% winrate complaining because he got wrecked.

"Jayce is super broken" says the person who plays Riven and probably expects nothing to counter her... Play safe and farm at tower when you are against a counter.
