new game mode idea

I think there should be a casual game mode that starts even if someone leaves, and players can join an already started game with a certain amount of gold to replace a missing player. Personally the only reason why I don't play this game is queue times which are inflated by dodgers. I would really like a super casual version of summoners rift that lets me jump right into a game without having to wait more than a few seconds kinda like csgo, and atm the only mode I can do that in is the bot mode which is boring because the bots are too easy. I would also prefer if this mode had draft rules so I don't have to waste time in a role I don't like. Idk if this is a good idea but at least consider it please
