Arcade Garen would be SWEET

I was looking through the dedicated top laners in the game and i realized garen would be VERY healthy candidate for an arcade skin

I dont have any fancy artwork to show off here but i'll try to describe my vision as best i can

He'd have a grey and black NES controller styled suit of armor, complete with flashy buttons of course, and his sword can honestly be a LARGE variety of things like an 8 bit styled one, or something similar to hecarim's axe. He'd have glasses (or even some kind of helmet) , which could glow various colors like red,pink,green, or blue (maybe even all of them :0!)

His Q would surround his sword in 8 bit particles and when the q lands, there'd be a retro swish and slash noise . it was difficult to find something but, imagine this slicing downward http://static.giantbomb.com/uploads/original/0/30/1976416-zelda_skyward_1007_screen_42_copy.jpg

With a nice retro boost noise and a DEF ^ word particle His W surrounds his pauldrons and sword with retro particles which could also be a variety of things such as a rainbow effect resembling a power star from mario or just glowing 8 bit particles.

and his E would make some nice swooshing particles, and would probly look a lot like Links sword spin technique!

here's a gif that sorta conveys the image, but imagine it faster (also do not look if you have epilepsy, flashing rainbow background warning) AND HIS ULT WOULD HAVE A MASSIVE 8 BIT SWORD CRASH DOWN AND SEND AN 8 BIT SHOCKWAVE OUTWARD (and probly have a word particle appear like "HIGH SCORE" or something similar when you get a kill on the target)

So yeah that's my idea, and i think he'd make a GORGEOUS addition to the arcade skin group :') If anyone likes this idea feel free to upvote so maybe we can some skin designers to see it! Garen has been in need of a skin for a while now too and i think this would be pretty sweet B)

we definitely need more arcade skins, nearly every champion would be soooo good with one.

I feel like they'd stop after the top laner which would make a solid team, much like the pool party group, but it would certainly be fantastic if there were more! :D

It could work. Maybe get some example pics to show what you mean by "retro".

Though when I think of top laners that'd be good for an Arcade skin, I think of Zac with a Blue Slime skin. Not saying Arcade Garen isn't great, I'd buy it.

i actually thought of zac first before i realized garen could work too, but i realized much of him is based on goopy, more fluid-like visual themes, without much extra particle effects. it'd be rather wonky for zac to have any equipment on him as well seeing as how it'd have to be stretching all over the place. EVEN STILL THO if the skin design team made arcade zac instead i wouldnt be that upset cause it'd be pretty baller! in my opinion, it'd be cool to see "water elemental Zac" instead! He'd have similar particles to atlantean syndras water :0!
