Arcade Garen would be SWEET

I was looking through the dedicated top laners in the game and i realized garen would be VERY healthy candidate for an arcade skin

I dont have any fancy artwork to show off here but i'll try to describe my vision as best i can

He'd have a grey and black NES controller styled suit of armor, complete with flashy buttons of course, and his sword can honestly be a LARGE variety of things like an 8 bit styled one, or something similar to hecarim's axe. He'd have glasses (or even some kind of helmet) , which could glow various colors like red,pink,green, or blue (maybe even all of them :0!)

His Q would surround his sword in 8 bit particles and when the q lands, there'd be a retro swish and slash noise . it was difficult to find something but, imagine this slicing downward http://static.giantbomb.com/uploads/original/0/30/1976416-zelda_skyward_1007_screen_42_copy.jpg

With a nice retro boost noise and a DEF ^ word particle His W surrounds his pauldrons and sword with retro particles which could also be a variety of things such as a rainbow effect resembling a power star from mario or just glowing 8 bit particles.

and his E would make some nice swooshing particles, and would probly look a lot like Links sword spin technique!

here's a gif that sorta conveys the image, but imagine it faster (also do not look if you have epilepsy, flashing rainbow background warning) AND HIS ULT WOULD HAVE A MASSIVE 8 BIT SWORD CRASH DOWN AND SEND AN 8 BIT SHOCKWAVE OUTWARD (and probly have a word particle appear like "HIGH SCORE" or something similar when you get a kill on the target)

So yeah that's my idea, and i think he'd make a GORGEOUS addition to the arcade skin group :') If anyone likes this idea feel free to upvote so maybe we can some skin designers to see it! Garen has been in need of a skin for a while now too and i think this would be pretty sweet B)
