[GAMEPLAY] Final Boss Veigar Auto Attacks Not Registering Correctly

Half of FB Veigar's auto attacks have a small delay to them. I've looked it up and I'm not the only one who's been having this issue! It makes CS extremely difficult when not using Q to farm. I've been using the skin since it came out and dealing with it because I love it SO MUCH, but the AA delay is really starting to get off my nerves :C Some feedback would be very much appreciated on this matter.
