[GAMEPLAY] Omega Squad Teemo AA delay

I just recently bought the skin, but this issue has been in the game since the pbe and i just wanted to remind you guys its still there. it'd be nice to hear if there are any plans to fix it :o!!! Final boss veigar used to have the bug as well but after i posted about it, it was fixed (which was and still is tremendously awesome ty very much for fixing it) but yeah hopefully it can be fixed here too :O
