[Champion Concept] Colvin, the Gunslinger

Colvin, the Gunslinger

Colvin, a high-prestigious pistol-man is a marksman that deals aggressive, true damage to enemies in front of his line. He is formally more of a team fighter then a laner just because of his aggressiveness and his powerful abilities.

ABILITIES:

Passive - Gunslinger's Mark Whenever Colvin uses each of his abilities, he slowly gains attack speed and range. (+2 stacks each time, and 100 stacks total)

Q - Triple-Shot Fires at three targets in a row, making it go in either direction (Diagonally or Horizontally). Can also fire at an enemy three times all together, the next basic attack on that enemy will be a critical shot. (Point-Click)

W - Blind of Ash Throws a handful of ash in front of him, slowing and blinding targets. If it directly lands on a target, he gains bonus movement speed and attack speed. (Skill-Shot)

E - Hard-Bullets Colvin reloads both of his pistols and fires two steel-hardened bullets stunning two enemies. Can also fire at an enemy two times all together, making the stun longer. (Point-Click)

R - Hardline Colvin pulls out his shotgun firing five shotgun bullets each time in every direction. Can also fire at an enemy five times all together, increasing attack speed and movement speed. He could move with this ability (depending on his mobility). Can also use his passive while using this ability, making each shot longer to fire towards a target. (Skill-Shot)

LORE:

Colvin was born in the pirate-rune slums of Bilgewater, including his brother Graves. Both of them worked as a team when they were kids, they followed each other, and had open minds and ears. But as they slowly grew up, they both began having a competition to both of themselves. They would see who had the best accuracy, shooting guns at each barrel in the dark alleyways, and they would also see who had the best grin. But of course, Graves won at that everytime....

When they became adults, they began to separate from each other and they never saw each other ever again. Colvin began to explore around the lands of Valoran on a tight, loosely iron ship with his crew. They found new ideas, and met different people along the way. But Calvin heard many rumors about a fight to the death, a fight that belonged to the one and only... League of Legends. When Calvin heard that word, he was eager to follow it and suspect about the powerful people in the League of Legends. As soon as he learned about each powerful person in Valoran, he thought about his brother. He obviously knew that he hasn't seen him in ages, and its suspicious that he never saw him in ages exploring the lands of Valoran. But then he thought, maybe? Maybe, he would be in it. But he was out of his mind, but maybe just maybe he would've left for his important fight of his life.

Colvin began asking people around the world about his brother Graves, the name and where he was. As soon as he heard about, Graves... he was right. He was absolutely right that he found his journey along the way to fight for his life. Colvin began to train hard for the League of Legends, training his accuracy, and soon fully joined the League of Legends.
