LORE One time, Valoran once had only two major cities. Demacia and Noxus. When they first met each other, they signed a peace treaty to establish a force together in Valoran. A couple years later, there was intensity between the two cities and started revoking each other, starting a war called The Great War. When they started going to war, a brave and fearless warrior named Gor'zar led the army and was the high commander of Demacia. No one fooled with Gor'Zar, he was highly trained, and never gave up in a war. With his own high, prestigious spear he killed many Noxian soldiers and pillaged many villages of Noxus. One time, Gor'zar and his army explored a cave of treasury. Turned out it was a dungeon, had many traps, and secrets behind it. They started exploring the dungeon, found many secrets and treasure. Then, Gor'zar found a room filled with water and a tablet laid in the middle. Gor'zar examined the tablet, and it said, "Thus, shall not break this tablet. Thus shall be forgotten. Forever". Gor'zar started to think, he thought the tablet would make him powerful, maybe even become a god. Gor'zar started breaking the tablet, and the room filled with light and strange whispers. Gor'zar looked around, the room blazing with light, and started burning his armor, then his skin. Gor'zar screamed for help, and vanished. A hundred years later, Demacia and Noxus remained dispute to each other since the League Of Legends. Near a Demacia village, the cave was still there. People have been spreading rumors about it. Some rumors say that a mysterious statue laid in there for years. Then, a woman named Sona started exploring place, she saw skeletons, and skulls of soldiers laid everywhere. When Sona came in the room, she saw a stone figure. It was Gor'zar. Sona started examining the figure, she thought about the rumors, and it was true. A statue was laying in a secret room. Sona thinked for a second, and then had an idea. She started healing the statue, a couple seconds later the statue decayed, and started breaking. When it broke, Gor'zar fell to the ground and started coughing. He stood up, looked around the room, and then saw Sona. Gor'zar started feeling himself, and he felt powerful. He felt so powerful that he could kill many soldiers. Gor'zar started yelling at Sona and told her where Noxian soldiers were at. Sona told him the story, how he was here for many years, and of course told him the League Of Legends. Gor'zar was a little concerned, but eager to join the League Of Legends, and he did. Gor'zar started working for Garen, Xin Zhao, Jarvan IV, Lux, and Sona in Demacia for the League of Legends. He trained really hard, and then was prepared for his next battle.

TIPS

When playing Gor'zar

  • Gor'zar is a very powerful in-zone farmer, use heroic charge to gain a big gold advantage
  • Use Forgotten Demacia when facing mages. Mages are a big counter to Gor'zar and can out-zone him very easily.
  • When using Spear Flip, use heroic charge to an ally minion to poke
  • Before you use A Thousand Strikes, remember to use Forgotten Demacia before using it.
  • Gor'zar is a very low mana champion, be cautious with his abilities.

When facing Gor'zar

  • Don't pressure Gor'zar too much, he can easily in-zone you with his abilities.
  • Be careful when ganking Gor'zar alone.
  • Try to out-zone Gor'zar, he can be weak when not being pressured.

First off, there are a lot of inconsistencies with his lore.

How can Sona talk to him? She's mute.

Why would Gor'zan break a tablet that specifically said he would be forgotten forever?

Why would said tablet only turn him to stone?

How could people forget about such an astonishing general after only 100 years? The children of people who were in Gor'zan's army would probably still be alive.

Also, names with few letters and apostrophes in them are specifically reserved for Void creatures.

Let's look at his abilities. They all have random cooldowns, increasing and decreasing like crazy. Seriously, his ultimate's cooldown is 70/80.5/80/70.5/70. There's something wrong with that, and it's the same for all of his abilities.

For the actual abilities, they all do pathetic amounts of damage that would terrify no one, and they are all quite bland with almost no range. You might want to seriously alter this concept.

I think its great that you are trying to make a champ...to me its the hardest part of league because their are so many factors in making one that works correctly in the system and still be fun and unique..

This def needs some polish though because their are "situations" all through out the post... I think that the first thing over all of this is that their is already a spear user and that spear user is from Demacia..lol Not to say that it is not possible to have another one but I would just be more inclined as to see someone with another kind of weapon...giving him a spear to makes him underwhelming in terms of concept and abilities.

I think a general good idea to start is to look at something that Riot has posted in regard to champion creation etc. Get that general concept down of the first few things that are brainstormed when thinking of a new champ and go from there. I would personally if I never looked at that information is think of how my champ works into the game...the presence..what does he do? will be know for? for instance I think it would be great to have a champion that worked some kind of way with the warding system or a champ that is restricted to one lane maybe? but is a lil powerful..things on that level of the game that could be impactful and unique..then i would dry run abilities etc...going into actual cost etc is a lil to much because playtesting would be needed just general ideas of what the person can do...unique passives are always great...great ults are too...what about a ult that takes control of another enemy champion? or a ult that i dont know does something that has not been done before to some extent...
