(Champion Idea) Bastian, The Bubble maker

Appearance - ??? Touls- Big toul he carries on his back to make bubbles

Passive- Right consistency - Over a period of time Bastian needs the right amount of chemicals in order to blow bubbles big enough for the abilities he wants to use. He can store consistency's to let out different attacks.

Q- Pop- Bastian blows a bubble that can travel around. If enemy touch the bubble it explodes dealing damage and knock back.

W- Slip - Bastian emptys out his supply to the ground causing anyone who set foot on it to move in crazy directions.

E- Swirl- Bastian creates a hoop like field to trap people in. Once in the only way out is for the enemy to pass through it which will make it explode or wait for the swirl hoop to fall to the floor.

R- Volatile bubbles- Bastian sends out a furry of bubbles in one direcion, they increase in size as they travel and begin to spread and move in different directions. At level 1 = 5 bubbles, level 2=10 bubbles, and level 3=15 bubbles.
