Q Crueling Heat and Frigid Steel : Kane ignites his sword with the friction of the air dealing 20 ap damage per 3 seconds and increasing its effect depending on the times hit also increasing movement speed to enemies slain during the time. this abilty last for 8 seconds if no enemies are hit for at least 4 seconds the sword will instead turn frigid cold any enemy minions/champions hit during the time it will be slowed and also reduces the enemies attack speed for 4 seconds . Crueling heat: AP 20/30/40/60 Bonus movement 40/60/80
Time : 8 seconds. Mana : 20/40/60/80 Frigid Cold : 60/80/100/110 Physical damage Slow : 20/40/60/80 Reduce Attack speed: 20/40/60/80 Cooldown : 12 seconds W : Blood Transfusion (Passive): enemies who attack you are marked with a blood droplet icon hitting them would deal true damage of 80 (x) to only to the marked enemy for 5 stacks of blood transfusion hitting them will give you the total amount of damage dealt by them and increases if you are near death also gives X amount of health back . 1 stack = 10(x) AD 5 = 50(x) . R : Impalement Of Wrath : Kane Rushes forward impaling through minions for 1625 range until a enemy is in the way while impaled kane channels to the enemy and deals 80 physical damage per second gaining 50 health back and is invulnerable during activation . Passive: gains 40% bonus attack speed and movement in the end of the ult.

I think stat stacking passives are going the way of the dodo. I like the idea of an auto buff that receives a different buff if not used. It's a bit like stance changing, and you could time the ability use to get what you want out of it when you need it, kind of like rumble's heat meter. But I wouldn't make not hitting anything the condition. I would simply make it that in the first 3 seconds you get this, then the next two you get that. That way you don't punish the player for using a skill when its available. W is an interesting take on the, hurt me and you'll get hurt more ability that we dont see much of on the rift. But this one im not really into too much. the E is like a damaging windwall, and you know how much people hate windwall... R is a bit too similar to Sion R dont you think?
