Chibi The Mage Of Justice .

Chibi is a mage ap bruiser and can also be support his kit is versatile which includes farming , poking and supporting allies his kit is deadlier with allies but with proper use he is frightening alone. it is recommended to include armor ,magic pen or magic resist depending if your passive or aggressive although he is tanky already adding a bit more well help sustain damage in team fights and if the jungler ganks you and is most helpful if the enemy is 2 or 5 levels ahead forcing you to go passive but allowing you to survive a fed champ.

Weapon: Magical Chains . Passive: Enchanted Chain : Passive when killing a minion or champion you earn 5 stacks of magic resist of 10/20/30/40/50 . resets at death .

Gate Of Judgement
Q : Chibi Activates a passive wall in front slowing down enemies and dealing 70/90/110/130/140/160/200 ap damage for champions that walk through it also reducing magic resist . (active): Pressing Q again makes Chibi bring the wall back to him dealing 130 ap damage and stunning the enemy who walked in it also converting the gate into a shield gaining 50 resist for 3.5 seconds as the gate comes close to chibi it grows smaller minions, monsters or enemy champs deal reduce damage when the enemy is close .

W: Light of Justice : Chibi brings forth a light from above into allies healing them 200 hp and granting them 70/90/115/140 armour. enemies near are blinded and reduces their resistance by the same amount.

E : Chains Of Justice : Chibi launches his magical chains into enemy champions reducing 60/80/100/120 magic resist for 4 seconds and bringing chibi towards them in his arrival he roots the target in place and dealing them magic damage of 90/100/120/140/160/180/200 . chains of justice can be used in allies and increases their magic resist by 60/80/100/120 arriving to the ally makes them ignore unit collision for 3.5 seconds .

R : True Justice: Chibi spins his chains which gradually increases the range for 15/25/30 seconds enemies hit by the chains deal reduce resist of armor and magic by 60% reduce movement by 80% and reduces health regen by 40 he deals 80/110/120 ap damage per second his armor is increase by 200 and upon death are the end of the ult the chains wrap around him healing 100 health for 4.5 seconds while the chains are wrapped around him he ignores damage and is stationary .
