I was wondering since there are now 5 championship skins, a concept art for championship 
won't look bad and can be the 6th skin theme for this years' championship.

You know that Riot mainly choose champions that are most played and what people want? So there won't be anything from this sadly.

This years championship was already chosen, that was Zed. NEXT year is the one that you're looking for :P and no, Championship skins are chosen from what is highly played/banned during the Spring/Summer splits.
Aww sad no wonder so many champions in the game are literally on the verge of becoming obsolete. She's been nerfed at a point of being completely useless and so many have just disappeared from the meta. Lol where did Urgot, Jarvan, Aatrox go and so many other champs like them have just disappeared.
Due to the fact she's due for a Rework at some point, we won't see another skin for her, for a bit
Thats the problem she doesn't need any rework Riot just needs to nerf and buff her abilities here and there and she's fine unless they wanna ruin her the way they did to
