Hybrid Penetration or just magic or armour penetration.

Guys I have a doubt regarding the runes that one should buy for ap/top champions like , and etc. Is better to buy Greater mark of Hybrid Penetration or Magic Penetration for them since Hybrid one gives +0.62 magic penetration along with +0.9 armour penetration while Greater Mark of Magic Penetration gives only +0.86 magic penetration without any armour penetration.
