Make players who have insanely poor stats and winrates play the proper roles.

Just had a thought, why don't we put a system in where if someone plays a champ and is like insanely horrid at them after like 30+ games in ranked, it defaults them off that champ for a cooldown period or even off the role entirely, cause after experiencing a boosted player with 100% win accuracy on swain to d2 then plummeting down to g3 as an adc main is kinda telling me something riot c:
