Soooo is dynamic ever coming back?

its been a little over a week since dynamic was taken down, there a reason why its taking this long to come back up? id figure since this was supposed to be tested mainly for ranked it would be at one of the top priority things being taken care of. Was the glitch really that serious or was it just something that was annoying?
