Trolling in champ select and the cost of dodging is kinda unfair

I just thought i'd ask on what everyone else thinks about on the whole if you dodge in champ select you lose lp for it. im just wondering why that became a thing? It's just stupid how if someone is trolling in the champion select and obviously attempting to bring team morale down by telling everyone hes gonna intentionally feed that we'd wanna dodge, but cant because of extended wait times the more it happens. I just dont think its right how I have to either play a game and lose 20 lp or dodge and lose 6 then have to wait longer to play because some guy wants to make everyone else's day worse. Maybe we can add in a kind of kick system kind of like in wow where if someone is being negative and uncooperative they can be kicked from the champ select by a majority rule and lose lp and have a wait time depending on the reason for being kicked. I just think it was better before when you could dodge a certain amount of games without consequence to avoid people like that. I'm sure i'm not the only one whose had to sit in a champ select with an extremely negative team, but be forced to play from already dodging once. Sure i could just dodge again and lose a little more lp seeing as it doesn't effect mmr, but the point is why should I have to pay a penalty from avoiding a loss. I just wanted to know if anyone else felt the same way. Please do note that what i said about the system to prevent champ select trolling was not gone into depth and does have holes but it was just a suggestion.

Because you could constantly dodge unfavorable match ups, that's why.

The only problem with the kick option, besides the Lp loss and wait time on first kick, is people kicking you because they don't like your bans or the champ you pick.

I think most of the time I see people dodge is because someone is an obvious troll and will ruin the game by feeding or just doing something really innapropriately

There are however people who seem to be trolls but are really legit. River Shen being an example.

Trolling is a part of this game. Trying to get trolling out of LOL is like trying to get guns out America. You could be done but it would take a dictator and dead bodies to do it. Considering many losses could be avoided by dropping shit teams, that would help but anything I have ever said about trolls has been met with an odd fiery opposition. Things are said like "Carry your team! You are in bronze cause you deserve to be!" But the reality of the matter is, Rank matches are a joke for the most part. If you look at the distribution of players in bronze and silver, its almost have the entire community. In order to get out of that You would have to be godlike and get lucky a lot to be queued with a lot of talented people. If you play solo queue and think you are playing anything but a regular random game.... you must be gold. Don't bother thinking about dodging. You would have to dodge 4 or 5 games to find the ideal team.

I play very little ranked because of the trolls, but I think rising is counter intuitive. play all your games ranked. If you lose so what. Most of the people who play LOL either suck, don't give a shit, or are trolling. If you win, great. A guy told me that being in gold is great cause GOLD is in the top 25 percent of the community. Where else is 4th place (out of 6) so esteemed? When you have a million players and 500,000 are no bodies that treat ranked like a regular game.
