I would like insight on how Riot decides how to make a new champion. Is there a single mechanic someone wants to achieve and implement into the game (such as someone who wanted to make a champion to walk through walls and kayn was born) or is there a style you want to make our is it just hey, we haven't made a marksmen in a diver in a while lets do that. Also if you could talk to us about when might the future of new champs behold, like little teasers.

There's no real "fixed" way Riot creates new champions. Sometimes, they just decide they want to make a champion of a particular class next, like marksman (Caitlyn), diver (Camille), or vanguard (Ornn). Other times, they recognize the opportunity for new and unexplored archetypes in the game, like "druid" (Ivern), "lovers" (Xayah/Rakan), or "falconer" (Quinn). It really is a case-by-case thing!
