New Champion Idea: Kansir

Passive: Toomir All of Kansir's abilities grants him a dash on his next right click. On the third dash, his next auto attack does 200% of his bonus AP or AD, adaptive.

Q: FiddlesticksButWithDamage Kansir targets the enemy and it fears them, and for the time where they are feared, it also drains them for a percentage of their health and gives life back to Kansir.

W: ZoeyIsFairlyDesigned Whenever any champion uses any spell, item, or ABILITY, Kansir may pick it up and use it instantly. As well as this, every time he picks one up, ALL of his abilities cooldowns are reset, including his ultimate. (I.e Lucian uses Lucian ult, Kansir may pick it up and use it.)

E: DashesAreAGoodIdea

Kansir dashes to the opponent immediately, stunning them for 2 seconds and also damaging them for (100/300/500) damage (adaptive). If Kansir lands his first dash he can recast the dash, the second dash being twice the distance of the first.

R: WowMobileChampionBtw

Kansir gains a charge of 20 dashes. Each dash is basically his E. Also they're all executes.
