Do you think Riot will ever release limited skins like Human Ryze/Boss Rammus/UFO Corki ever again, instead of being promotional items? I love collecting rare things, like skins, and it sucks to know that I'll never get them because I didn't join early enough ;w;.

No. Imagine if Marvel decided to rereleased Spiderman issue one and it was identical to the original in every way. Don't you think the people who invested the time effort and money to get the original copy of Spiderman would be super pissed that now everyone and their mother can get an exact copy of a comic that cost them millions, now making it totally worthless?
