[Dramatic Name], the [something-to-do-with-what-she-does-er]
(I really haven't put any thought into her name, sorry. In my head she's female though?)
Sorry for the lack of pictures, I can't draw. I imagine, though, that due to her concept, she would have very frizzy hair, and would stand tall. Sex appeal not very important but imagine what you will.
Lore:
A talented dancer. Some experiment in Zaun or whatever, could be against her will, could not be, don't really care, causes her to split into two, a positively charged (heretofore referred to as +) and a negatively charged (henceforth referred to as -).
Range: Melee -- her auto-attacks should be kicks
Resource: Either energy or mana. I don't really see her as resourceless but who knows.
Passive: [Static]
[Dramatic Name] is split in two, permanently shadowed by her negative form! Auto attacks and abilities by her positive form grant the "Positive" debuff increasing damage taken from - by X%, while abilities from her negative form grant the "Negative" debuff increasing damage taken from + by X%. If the opposite debuff already exists on the target champion, a stack of the pre-existing debuff is removed instead of the new debuff being added.
If her negative form is killed, [Dramatic name] gains "Desperation", which has some effect I haven't really thought over. Her negative form is revived after T seconds.
Q: [Pirouette]
[Dramatic name] spins on one leg, dealing damage to all targets between her and her negative form, increasing based on how close the target is to [Dramatic name]. In addition, her negative form moves to be exactly opposite her previous position in relation to [Dramatic name], damaging enemies in her path.
W: [High Kick]
[Dramatic name] jumps and kicks in place in a chosen direction, dealing damage (potential CC?) to all targets hit. In addition, if she kicks in the direction of her negative form, she also performs a kick with identical effect in the direction of [Dramatic name] and rushes to meet her.
E: [Throw]
[Dramatic name] grabs her negative form and throws her in a target direction (gracefully of course), dealing damage at the point of impact and locking her negative form at that place relative to [Dramatic name], excepting situations where terrain blocks her path.
R: [Couple Entrechat]
Passive: An ability or an attack which removes the last "Negative" or "Positive" debuff are "Neutralizd", dealing Y% additional damage. This effect can only occur once every Z seconds.
Active: [Dramatic name] runs to meet her negative form, and they jump in unison in a targeted direction, dealing damage to enemies along the path. In addition, all abilities and auto attacks activate "Neutralized" without a cooldown for Q seconds.
Obviously this is just a rough beginning sketch, but I thought that this champion could provide:
a. a fighter who uses dance, instead of a dancer who happens to fight (Orianna) b. a champion entirely reliant on a pet, to the point that it cannot really be considered a pet, but rather an extension of the champion. c. a champion who provides interesting choices for both the player and the enemy -- do you kill the negative form to weaken [Dramatic name] or go directly for her? Playing as her, do you try to protect your negative form using Q or get her killed for the buff?
Because of her lack of CC and gap closers except her ult (in her current incarnation), she could not make a very effective jungler. I envisioned her as a bruiser but I understand that doesn't really mesh with the idea of a ballet dancer, so an mADC could also work. I've avoiding giving ratios because I wouldn't know how to balance her.
Some notes on the negative form:
- Her negative form would be uncontrollable except through the use of her abilities. She is tethered to within a certain range to [Dramatic name].
- As mentioned briefly in her passive, her negative form would be fully targetable and killable.
- Her negative form should be passively performing beautiful dance moves, even as [Dramatic name] is moving.
I had some names and titles in mind but they either sounded too trite or too forced, so I decided to leave everything up to your imagination.
Enjoy.
