Tank Assassin Fighter.

These three should never be applicable to the same champion.

-With even one damage item, Gnar can 100-0 1-2 squishies in the space of his own CC, completely alone.

This champion needs to be seriously looked at.

Fighters are literally a hybrid of a tank and an assassin.

Fighters are a cross between tanks and assassins close to 100% of the time.

LeeSin Don't worry, I'll make sure he receives nerfs in my place.

The problem is that He is too safe in lane without mana and with a free closegap

Where did you see a Gnar assassinating someone? I am really curious and can't imagine it unless he was freaking fed (and even fed Soraka can burst you). Sorry to say but his burst damage is really subpar and his scalings are poor too (the reason why Gnars usually don't build much damage), especially on ultimate.

While he can deal a decent amount of damage over the course of the fight (with Q resets mostly) he isn't really a great damage dealer. Really, just someone on your team fed Gnar and then he started killing stuff because he probably was 2-3 levels ahead.

I just have a big problem with Hyper. Lets just give this champ % hp damage so that he can bully everyone! And then lets make him go extremely fast on TOP of that, so he can infinitely kite / chase you with his boomerang!

Also, when he turns back into Mini, he shouldn't get a free speed boost. Riot implied that he's tired, right? So why is he suddenly Roadrunner?

i would like to say that I main gnar, which means i hopefully know his limitations by now. I think compared to a lot of other champions he very balanced. Yes he does have a lot of burst in his mega form and can kite away fairly easily, but riot already kind of helped you stop him. In mini he his E is puts in a some what bad spot, because he any cc will stop his hop and he is not untargetable during it. also he very easy to read with a lot of his animations. If you are upset about hyper he only gets every third hit and when he leaves mega, which if you don't time mega you maybe to early to a team fight or to late. If you take hyper from him you might as well take away jinx's passive as well. yes being a mana less champ is a advantage, but if you are not good with his mechanics you will have to wait the full cd of his spells. Gnar has plenty of advantages and disadvantages but like any champion you just have to know how to handle them. Its a bit difficult to snowball with gnar and i think gnar is one the most diverse champions in the game.
