why do you guys...

Day after day I see champion 'reworks', or skins, that cater completely to previous available skins/voices/abilities/content.

Is it some kind of requirement to only suggest ideas, if that half the work can be skipped with previous existing stuff? Seems really really boring and lazy. If you're going to suggest a champion or a skin why not take the extra creative step and suggest something that can be newly created? Reading all these suggestions seems like 'if you take x existing skin and add a hat, BAM! new champion.'

Seriously though, in 5 Seconds I can come up with what I feel like is an equal comparison post:

Take debonair ezreal, paint his black stripes orange and now you have jailbreak ezreal!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG riot pls add!!#

Idk. That's how I feel they all come off.
