Gem Hammer (Passive) Every time Taric casts a spell, his next basic attacks for the next 3 seconds deal bonus magic damage and reduce the targets armour by a percentage.

Summon gem shard (Q) Taric summons a large gem shard at a target area. The shard lasts for 5 minutes, and every half second it pulses dealing light damage to all nearby enemies. If Taric is more than 1000 units away, the shards deactivate and no longer deals damage. The shard can be destroyed prematurely, causing it to deal heavy magic damage and stunning all nearby enemies. The stun duration is equal to the number of pulses the gem had up to a maximum of 3 seconds. Taric can attack the shard once to destroy it but enemies require 3 (+1 per 500 bonus health) attacks to destroy it. Taric can have up to 5 pylons on the map, and can hold 3 shards on him at a time.

Magic damage per pulse: X + (X% of AP)

Imbue (W) Taric tether himself to a single champion healing them equal to a percentage of all healing he receives (health regen, life steal, spell vamp). Taric can also tether himself to a shard, reducing the amount he heals but all nearby allies are healed excluding himself. The ability uses mana for every second he is tethered.

Heal: X (+% of AP) (+X% of bonus health) (+% of all healing received)

Shatter (E) (Passive) Taric gains armour based on how many gems are activated near him

(Active) Taric shields a target with gems. The gems reduce incoming damage by a percentage and will cause the gems to explode dealing medium damage to nearby enemies. This can be casted on shards and friendly towers as well but will not reduce damage taken.

Magic damage: X (+X% of AP) (+X% of Taric's armour)

Radiance (R) Cooldown: 60 seconds Taric releases a burst of energy dealing medium damage to enemies around him and his summoned shards. For the next 20 seconds, Taric gains AD and AP, and allies within the explosion radius gain half of the bonus stats.

Magic damage: X (+X% of AP)

your idea completely ruins the idea of taric being a paladin that does damage and heals a ton of hp, sadly.
