Some suggestions to enhance the game for new players and introduce them to the Lore.

LoL have a lot of things that are necessary to play correctly and that need IP, champions, runes and rune pages and it can be really hard for new players to earn enough IP to have a good start, also LoL's lore is one of the less known thing by the player and many new players don't even know there is one. So I was wondering, why not add some daily/weekly side quest depending on the Lore to make players know more about it (kind of like the sidequests in HotS)? Like "Play a champion from Demacia twice" for 20 IP or "Win with the Marksman role twice" for 30 IP (...)? It would be a help to new players to have a better game experience and a little introduction to the lore. What do you guys think about it?
