they're not mage minions, they're caster minions, and in this case in particular, AD casters!

Rework Banner of Command to only make immune from champion magic damage. Make caster minions do magic damage, and laser turrets also magic damage (adjust numbers as needed for balance). I think it could work, and make Full armor tanks think harder about diving the double nexus turrets.
