Some skins in this game are vastly outdated. A legendary skin made 4 years ago is on par with or worse than some epic skins coming out today. I know Riot is busy with a lot of things, but looking at giving some older skins some love would be a good idea.
No point in getting a Legendary skin when I can get a skin that's better for far cheaper :/ .

The only reason they do things like PF Ez update was that they were releasing PF Cait and wanted to bring the quality up so that it was more modern. Other older skins, they've said they have no interest in updating at the time.

Like I got a legendary vlad skin in hextech chest, and I was excited for a moment. Then my friend who plays vlad a lot told me it was super old and outdated and I was better of disenchanting it.
Same thing with Super Galaxy Rumble. It looks like an epic skin :/.
Like its cool and all to buy older skins, but if I'm going to spend my money on a good skin odds are I'm just going to buy the most recent one.
hell Birdio (a 975 RP skin) is better than that Toboggan Corki skin.

There's plenty of skins they could do better on, even some of the newer skins in the past few years they could have put more work into at times cause they just don't always feel that great of a quality. But, it's just what Riot goes with :/ so all we can do is imagine what these outdated skins could be.

Carnicore1 votesStandards for Legendary skins are pretty high now. Completely new voiceovers, dramatic VFX changes, and in many cases a completely new model and animations. That's a huge amount of work, and it's just not worth Riot's time to do that for skins that a lot of people already bought, and probably didn't have a worthwhile concept to begin with (ex. Firefighter Tristana). Especially when they have a lot of those people busy on VGUs.
