Reverse Annie Update to actual REVERSE ANNIE?

I think that there was a really good missed opportunity on the Reverse skin, Its wearing a bear costume and Tibbers wearing clothes. I think it would have been way cooler and funnier if the whole skin is basically you playing as Tibbers (Same size as tibbers and look,) with annies spells, and the ult summons regular size annie to charge at your opponents. I was initially going to buy the skin thinking that was the premise but i saw someone using it and it was not so.. Does anyone else think this would be awesome? Appreciate Feedback
