Anyone else just get kicked out of game?

Was just about to TP and kill an irelia, when suddenly right as TP finishes, im still at base and get random 500 ping and "Attempting to reconnect" left it for awhile and nothing, exit client to reconnect again it takes me to home page like nothing happened and match doesn't appear on MH. ???
