Creation: Off-meta queue

Adding to the singed support discussion. Maybe there should be an additional queue where everyone can pick whatever they want, and were it is welcome to try out. Teams with double jungle, singed smite support, AD Braum top are welcome.

The problem is when all try to play serious and one person tries out new stuff, the other will get upset. On the other hand, when everyone tries out new stuff, it might not be so much fun trying it out, for the person who does it. But still worth a shot, in my opinion
