[Champion Concept] Lyranna, the Arcane Cartographer

Magic is ever-present in Runeterra, and there are some who dedicate their lives to charting out magic's flow throughout the planet. Lyranna is one such magic cartographer, and she seeks to fully understand the rhyme and reason of the leylines. Abilities Passive: Leyline Knowledge - Lyranna knows of predetermined Ley Focuses around the map, which she can draw power from by standing in their area. In the Summoner's Rift, the Ley Focuses are at the center of each lane, at the Blue Buff camps, and the allied Base. In the Crystal Scar, the Ley Focuses are located at each Turret. In the Twisted Treeline, they reside at the middle of each lane, and around the allied Nexus. In the Howling Abyss, they reside at the middle of the lane, and at the allied base. Standing inside a Ley Focus' area of effect slightly increases Lyranna's Ability Power and Mana Regeneration. This effect is twice as powerful at the Ley Focus in the allied base. In addition, Lyranna's basic abilities are augmented by Ley Focuses. Q: Power Burn - Lyranna casts a magical affliction on a target, dealing a moderate amount of magic damage over time. If the target is inside a Ley Focus, they are also slowed, and Lyranna's movement speed increases. W: Conjure Focus - Lyranna creates a small runed pillar for her own personal Ley Focus field. This pillar can be destroyed by enemies, which, when destroyed, releases a burst of magical energy, replenishing a moderate amount of mana to any who stand nearby when it is destroyed. The post-mortem mana charge does not differentiate friend or foe. If the pillar is conjured inside a Ley Focus, the miniature field is overcharged, dealing a small amount of magic damage over time in the area of effect. The post-mortem mana charge is also increased. E: Overcharge - Passive, Lyranna's basic attacks build up Raw Magic, which stacks up to ten times. Raw Magic increases her Ability Power, and depletes after a few seconds of not attacking. Active, Lyranna Overcharges herself, consuming her stacks of Raw Magic on each consecutive basic attack. The Overcharged attacks deal a fixed amount of magic damage, rather than depleting with each stack spent. After all stacks are consumed, Lyranna is afflicted with Exhausted Static, decreasing her Ability Power temporarily and disabling the ability to gain Raw Magic stacks until the cooldown is over. R: Power Nova - Lyranna takes a moment to charge a powerful burst of energy, pulling in nearby enemies and dealing magic damage to those caught in the blast. If performed while inside a Ley Focus, enemies hit are stunned for a brief period.
