So Omega Squad Teemo is getting an icon

S@20 new patch notes for today's PBE update includes an icon for the new Teemo skin which is supposed to be legendary tier. So I was wondering if Riot was going to make icons for previous Legendary skins as well, such as Eternum Nocturne and Aether Kayle.
