Charisma : The Psychic Charisma lives in the past, present and future. Once was the Queen of the blessed isles, she was married to the mad King..before the Black Mist turned her and gave her unimaginable powers. Friends: Elise, Mordekaiser, Kalista, Thresh, Yorick, Hecarim, Evelynn Enemies: (anyone Demacian)

Diviner: Passive (cd 20 seconds) Every time an enemy champion cast a spell in 700 unit space of her, she warps time and sees the future. She now has the option to guess which ability the champion will use next. If she guesses right, she gets bonus ap and her spells heal her for a short amount of time. If she guesses wrong, she loses some of her movement speed for 8 seconds and can't recall.

Enchantress: Q (cd 5 seconds) Charisma lashes out with her mind and causes the enemy to attack it's nearby friendly champion for 2.5 seconds. If there is no nearby champion, Enchantress will slow them by 60% for 2.5 seconds and the affected champion is grounded and cannot use any mobility skills (ghost and flash included) Magic damage: 80/110/170/200/260 (+50% ap)

Fortune Teller: W (cd 26, 21, 18, 15, 10) Charisma picks out 3 tarot cards with 3 random buffs. Telepathy: Charisma gains a mana regen buff, Crystal Ball: Charisma gains a movement speed buff, 3rd Eye: Charisma's basic attacks slow for 50%. All buff last at a flat 8 seconds.

Distortion: E (cd 12/8/6/5/4 seconds flat) Charisma disappears and travels forward in time increasing her movement speed. The streak she leaves behind her increases friendly movement speed and if touched by enemies it randomly teleports them in any direction 200-600 unites away and causes them to take 60/100/140/180/230 (60% ap) magic damage depending on how far they traveled.

Mass Hysteria: R (cd 120/90/60) Charisma unleashes all of her psychic powers and causes the enemy team to attack itself. All enemy abilities can be used on themselves and all of their item cd's are reset. After every use of her ultimate, her team gains stacks of Cosmic: gain a slight MR and armor buff that slowly decays every 3 min. The ultimate duration last 6 seconds.

Charisma is meant to be played as a casual support but can be played in the mid lane with the right team composition. She is entirely niche and is good to pick up if the enemy team has team fight abilities. Please, I am open to discussion about her, I just love the concept of her kit. *--the image above is not mine and I am not intending to claim it.
