Appearance: Orlen is a merman from the oceans that acts a defending champion for his people. he looks like any male mermain (basiclly a male version of Nami but with short hair), his eyes are emerald in coloration, his tail is more like an eels body with the fin running down on top & bellow the tail. he wears light armor on his tail & waist, he wears a full chest plate & gauntlets + roman looking helmet with helmet plume. he carries around a large trident that he can easily swings around his body.

Passive: Blessing of the Seas. When Orlen has activated 3 of his Abilities he will be Healed by 4% of his missing HP.

Q-Ability: Torrential Wave. Range: 350. Cool Down: 9. Physical Damage: 45/85/125/165/205(+50% bonus AD). Passive: every 3rd Basic Attack that Orlen makes will have him have water gather around his trident allowing his next Basic Attack to deal 6% of Orlen’s current Attack Damage as Magic Damage while also applying a 25% Movement Speed Slow for 1.25 seconds. The Slow cannot affect the same target more than once every 5 seconds. Activate: after Orlen has chosen a single enemy target within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Orlen will gather a large amount of water around the head of his trident, after a the activation of this Ability Orlen will strike his chosen target with his trident having the mass of water come crashing down on the target dealing Physical Damage to the target while also Stunning the target for 1.25 seconds. After this Abilities activation the amount of water used on the target will create a 200-radius Puddle that will last for 12 seconds, for the duration of the Puddle Orlen’s Movement Speed will be increased by 25% while he is in the Puddle & for 1.5 seconds after leaving the Puddle.

W-Ability: Tidal Surge. Range: 450. Cool Down: 15/14/13/12/11. Physical Damage: 35/65/95/125/155(+50% bonus AD). Activate: after Orlen has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon this Abilities activation Orlen will have water surround his tail then he surges forward in the chosen direction, when Orlen has come in contact within an enemy in the path he will deal Physical Damage to the target.

E-Ability: Blasting Cove. Range: 400. Cool Down: 14/13/12/11/10. Magic Damage: 95/115/135/155/175(+40% bonus AP). Magic Damage: 35/55/75/95/115(+60% bonus AP). Activate: after Orlen has chosen a 85-degree cone with this Ability then upon its activation Orlen will have water gather around the head of his trident then blast the water in the cone, when Orlen has fired the water in the cone any enemies within the cone will be dealt Magic Damage. If Orlen activates this Ability within an active Puddle a burst of water will blast in a 150-radius of Orlen & then get Knocked Back the edge of the 150-radius.

R-Ability: Twisting Waves. Range: 550. Cool Down: 115/95/75. Magic Damage: 65/85/105(+40% bonus AP). Total Damage: 260/340/420. Activate: after Orlen has chosen a single enemy Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Orlen will summon a large amount of water around the target that then creates a water cyclone, after this Ability has been activated this Ability will last 2 seconds surrounding 185-radius of the target & it will follow the target for the duration of the Ability. While the cyclone is active the initial target & additional enemies within the cyclone will continue to take Magic Damage every 0.5 seconds while having their Movement Speed Slowed by 35%.
