Bhunivelze from Lightning Returns, the final boss and the God of the Final Fantasy Universe (respectively speaking).

When I heard him and saw his hands they reminded me of Bhunivelze a lot.

Any possible influence?

I'm pretty sure they just made Nicol Bolas from Magic the Gathering.
