Elyssa, the wanderer
I created a champion concept among a few otheres that i have not shared yet but this one started when i thought of her passive.
I imagine her being a few years older than annie placing her somewhere in the 13-17 age slot so she would still be a little playful and small Lore: Elyssa was born into a small family in the backstreets of shurima, at a young age she lost her father and brother as they attempted like many before to enter the crystal caves of the Brackern in search of whatever is hidden inside, they never returned. her mother put her on the back of a cart as it was leaving the city in a hurry as the cataclysm began. with nothing but the cloths on her back and her trusty backpack she started to wander. During her journey she met a certain king, or as some call him a demon. he offered to aid her, she told him her goal, to find her mother. he made her a deal, he would help but once she reached her goal or is unable to, she must fulfill her end of the bargain. Despite all of her past hardship she retained her cheerful optimistic and bubbly personality, but deep inside she fears for her future and regrets the deal she made with the river king, wondering if the help would be worth it or if she even needed it.
Btw i have no idea w the CD's should be
P: Trusty Backpack Elyssa can carry an additional item in her inventory (i was thinking about it some more and maybe you can only use 6 at a time and would have to switch them out if u want the other ones passives/actives/stats or maybe the effects are diminished when in the 7th slot)
Q: High hopes/subconscious concern (toggle) no mana to sustain or cast.
Off toggle: High hopes
Passive: Puts a little bounce in her step, every 3 seconds while moving continuously she gains a 50% (increased by lvl) move speed buff that decays over 1.5 sec Active, the next AA causes her to bound playfully over her targets head, becoming unforgettable for .5 (or less idk) seconds while on top of their head (only when on top not the whole time). then landing on the other side of them. she also does more physical dmg when she hits scaling with AD.
On toggle: Subconscious concern
passive: Drags her down, she gets a small move speed debuff but leaves a slowing trail a small (Small as in like, a quarter/half of a flash distance) slowing train behind her and a little ahead of her. Active: letting her feelings get the best of her she lets out a small outburst of anger that fears in a small cone for a fraction of a second. and does a bit of extra physical dmg scaling w a bit of her AD
W: Run along Active she dashes slowly forwards a little ways dealing the equivalent of an auto attack +some physical dmg scaling w AD to each unit she passes through (not aoe single target to each unit she hits) speeds up the dash for each enemy hit if her q is NOT toggled and slows units hit if it IS.
E: Like the back of my hand! passive: she knows the rift inside and out, she gains extra vision on her wards and self Active: when activated she climbs over the selected bit of terrain (a bit like a bard Mag journy but slower and pulls can take her back out of it in the middle of it and stuns will pause her mid way through) with a max distance of course. if she recently ended her w or untoggled q active her e happens more quickly
R: Travel the world active: choose a location, gain a 75% move speed buff and 50% slow reduction for 8 seconds (or until u reach your destenation) in addition during the travel AND after u reach ur destenation (if theres still time left) all hard cd is turned into a slow instead.
this is just an idea and i want to see what anyone thinks, also some dialog ideas
