Ikaarus the Bad-Blooded

Ikaarus was born as an Ionian to a loving priestess mother on the borders of Ionia close to vastaya. He had a peculiar power of strong regeneration and their blood when ingested had the ability to heal others, nothing short of a blessing . It was like his cells could be controlled to alter a persons body for the better. His mother was a complete pacifist and wanted nothing but peace and to be one with nature. This ability, although to his discomfort , made him popular around his Ionian village. One day, what seemed like noxian invaders took him away in the night as his mother sat in fear, praying.( She thought it was atonement for having a child with a darkin (Aatrox)). As a young child, younger than 10 he tried to fight them off, stabbing at their feet with a dull kitchen knife as his mother just watched but it was a pointless effort. He was brought to an underground chamber where blood was consumed and sold off to buyers for their healing properties. After time he became numb to pain due to the constant torture he had to endure that was never ending as because the regeneration just fixed almost all of the scars, all but his wounded mind. A particular female client wanted a one on one healing session with the boy. There pain and pleasure became synonymous with the boy as he was dominated by a scarred woman. It continued for months on end as this sadist became enamored and addicted with Ikaarus, each day led to higher and higher frequency of her visits. He was an endless human sacrifice to the souls of countless entitled and important people in society, until he decided that it was his turn to dominate. As the woman carved away at his flesh with a old rusted blade, the blood on the blade started to move. It gathered around the blade creating edges the like crashing waves of an ocean. The blood spilled on the woman from ikaarus' torture began to seep into her flesh. Her body began to move on its own and she began to torture herself, screaming , crying and begging for her life . Ikaarus became aroused by the sight but he ended it soon after as gratitude for the woman that was both his first love and the one who he had the greatest hate for. It was not hard for him to leave not noxus ,but a corrupt Ionian facility that worked with the noxians, where he was kept. He had a newfound motivation, A motivation to find a way to end his immortal body and never allow those not worthy to make use of his healing abilities . He now roams the lands, shifting between rage filled and depressive episodes, searching for the one who can finally end his life.

Appearance

I am thinking of a mix between a Sylas and Lee Sin body type with a suit made out of blood on him. The suit would have a texture like water and move when hurt but mimic Deadpool's suit in some way. This champion with the blood blade would Mimic deadpool's appearance a good amount. The suit of blood could get larger or more advanced the more he collects blood from others with the crimson harvest passive.

Abilities

Passives

Blade of Blood - All permanent bonus magic or physical damage he builds or gains is converted into health. All temporary ad or AP he gains is converted to a small shield. Attack speed becomes movement speed and critical strike chance becomes health.

Blood Pact- Whenever his blood is spilled on an enemy champion or large monster/ monster camps by his Q, auto attacks or R they gain a blood pact between them and Ikaarus. This pact interacts with his abilities and after a period of time passes and enemies have not left blood pact's range it activates healing Ikaarus for a percentage of his health. It goes off on a champion's death. It has a cooldown per person. Ikaarus can get an overheal shield from excess blood pact healing. Ikaarus would also have no resource bars and his abilites cost health instead. ( He could have a shield bar)

Crimson Collection/harvest(optional)- Ikaarus gains bonus health equal to a percentage of his or any enemy's max health on enemy takedowns( think old zed passive)

Q - Crimson Stream

Ikaarus cuts off his own hand , with the blood blade, spraying a stream of blood unto enemies that slows and marks them with blood pact. Would be something like a straight line aoe skillshot ( Think like a smaller xerath q). Ikaarus' first max to clear the jungle properly. The hand would regenerate when q comes off cooldown. This would scale off health. Heavy percentage of max health as a cost.

W- Beckon

Ikaarus can pull targets with blood pact in a direction like a hook also slowing them(Imagine 5 people getting hooked due to death pact and think about swain passive mixed with a taliyah ability but with the ability to specify a direction) . Beckon can also work on Ikaarus as a dash that goes over walls. Hitting crimson rain or crimson stream resets the cooldown of beckon. People will have to choose to use beckon on themselves or enemies. Beckon and Crimson Stream would be like a makeshift thresh hook when used together on enemies. The animation would be something similar to a force choke from star wars. Just base damage scaling and max hp cost.

E- Umbral Circulation

Ikaarus disappears and seeps out of a target with blood pact, stunning them for a duration. This ability detonates the blood pact and has no cooldown but only works on targets with blood pact active on them. This would be like a combination of zed w and irelia q that can cc. Just base damage scaling and max hp cost.

R- Crimson Rain

After chanting and channeling for a short duration 8 Ikaarus inflicts a mortal wound on himself with the blood blade killing himself spurting out blood in a moderate AOE. He then becomes invulnerable while reviving to a percentage of his health based on the amount he died at. This blood silences enemies for a short duration. It can also reapply blood pact on enemies that have blood pact on cooldown ( think sejuani). This ability scales off current health and it will always revive to a percentage of it.

Notes

This would be the equivalent to a high skill, playmaking full tank lee sin that does barely any damage but just enough to jungle. Playstyle would be like a no healing and shielding rakan with Lee sin. He would be very, very edgy with voice lines showing him being bipolar and loving bdsm. He would be one of those champions with endless play videos. The Blade of Blood passive would allow for really weird synergies to emerge and his build path having damage but no damage. ( I changed the name to Ikaarus as i was doing this). Ikaarus is a reference to his darkin father's name, his evil or alien bloodline and the word ichor as his blood is both the ichor of life and death. This champion would allow for there to be another champion with high skill expression like thresh for tanks. He would be squishier than other tanks but the healing and Bonus health passive will make up for that only if Ikaarus is doing well
