Teemo update ideas for the future(plz riot)

Hello riot and people interested in my post. I am the type of guy who loves playing as a assassin and I love the sneaky and use my knowledge to achieve anything with these guys. I started to play teemo and notice his kit is a bit old but the concept of teemo being a cold, stealthy, poison-wielding hamster that can kill dragons who forge stars. I drool when I see the PTSD war veteran that is omega squad teemo.I couldn't help but think of some ideas that could make him be a viable top,mid and jungle assassin so he could be a staple of the league meta. His passive, guerilla warfare, would be the same but minus the aa speed and it take more time to stealth. The first auto attack to come out of stealth within a certain range could have something like an execute mechanic where it is a knife strike and kind of gap closes and does more dmg based on missing health. Also there could be an effect where he would gain a small burst of movement speed and can stealth faster within a certain amount of time like a darius ultimate resetting. Teemo would have a fixed attack speed similar to jhin and this would give the feel of a real blowgun and have a sound when reloading the dart each aa. His q would be a skillshot now that has 2 different poisons: one that blinds similar to a smokescreen from graves or a Quinn blind ,one that would be a sleeping dart or something that slows and would help in team fights. Teemo w would have a passive that gave u movement speed and the active would be a small dash like vayne q . Maybe the movement speed and dash range could scale with level. Teemo e would be the same toxic dart passive but u would toggle though different dart types for the q on this ability. His ultimate would be able to set up a shroom this would have some channel time. These shrooms would have to be detonated by teemo and last the same time as they do now 5 or 4 mins. The dmg they start out as wouldn't be that high and but they do missing health dmg and a shroom can detonate another shroom in its range which would be like stepping in a ton of shrooms. the shrooms would be marked on the map and you would detonate one similar to how kindred chooses targets and the detonation time would be a rlly short animation but enough time for a flash or dash. The teemo could even anticipate the flash and set up shrooms in that location. The shrooms would do more damage to minions and have a set amount of shrooms to have on the map like 15 or 20. Also due to his reload mechanic he could have some auto attack resets on q and the dash. Thank you if u have read this far i hope changes like these will come to teemo.
