improvement to 1.13 kindred for later patches

I feel as if kindred needs more movement speed or maybe gain movement speed from an ability like q. Maybe q could work like after u dash the aa speed buff would also be a movement speed buff. An slight buff to her base movement speed could help a lot though. Look at graves in his current state a state of balance with a 46 percent winrate on op.gg but is still the third most picked jungler. I feel like riot should look at the marksman jungler they have succeeded in creating and buff kindred movement speed accordingly. it would help her to kite, get marks, survive skirmishes and overall be better and no other jungler has a speed of 325. plz riot add on like a 10 or 15 to that and see how kindred comes back as a top tier jungler like graves.
