I saw the PROJECT announcement on the dashboard.
I came across this skin when I was looking for some fan Leblanc Skins, it was entered in a Riot art contest a while ago but was never made.
Please make this skin with your PROJECT collection :)

Project, No. Program, maybe. Another technical name for a skinline, also maybe. Just as long as it's not PROJECT. We have enough project skins. But it is indeed a nice skin design.
