I saw the PROJECT announcement on the dashboard.
I came across this skin when I was looking for some fan Leblanc Skins, it was entered in a Riot art contest a while ago but was never made.
Please make this skin with your PROJECT collection :)
SexySoapTurtle2 votesToo bad it wont happen.
Lt Cuddles1 votesLooks good, I really dig the visor~
Only Play Darius1 votesAs much as I passionately hate everything about LeBlanc, I have to admit the skin looks great.
Kuzja11 votesProject, No. Program, maybe. Another technical name for a skinline, also maybe. Just as long as it's not PROJECT. We have enough project skins. But it is indeed a nice skin design.
