Idea for morgana's e

I think morgana should have an anti-heal for her e(when used on enemy champions) preventing heals or shields or both for 35 / 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 (+ 70% AP). So what I mean by this is that say soraka healed someone with this shield, they would receive (heal - (35+70% AP)) and the shield would stay active until 5 seconds after use or when the heal surpasses the shield's strength.

Or maybe the shield doesn't repel the heals to prevent them, but instead makes heals dmg the champion instead of healing them for the amount they should heal for.

This also goes along with her lure: Morgana was not innocent, having plumbed forgotten ways to gather forbidden might to become a powerful mistress of the black arts.

Spell shield and heal blocking would be a perfect fit for someone who is "fallen".

If the point and click mechanic seems broken, you could change it to her w being the heal block dealing dmg doing 32/64/96/128/160 (+22% Ability Power) to 48/96/144/192/240 (+33% Ability Power) every second based on the enemy's missing Health(1/2 of it is a heal block for 1 second). It also would make sense if it was her w as it's description says "Infects an area with desecrated soil".

It could even be on her Q as it says "Dark Binding" as the spell name. I don't know though that the Q would be balanced enough.

Why the heal block? As I mentioned briefly earlier it matches with her lure, but it matches more when you know she is competing with kayle someone who has a heal (W) and a slow (Q). It even says in her lure that she "was driven by her obsession to defeat the general of the opposition's army - her sister, Kayle". She even went through the forgotten ways to gather "forbidden might to become a powerful mistress of the black arts". Dark magic is binds and spell shields preventing any type of negative effect, but when reversed and cast on the opponent the positive effect should be transformed into a negative one(that was my thinking when I said put it on her e). This would also help her team in fights.
