@Riot - Blood Knight Hecarim needs some love

I was happy to see this skin go on sale as I already own arcade and wanted a new skin. I really like the look of the portrait but I'm going to be blunt, it looks terrible in game. The particle effects on his horn and tail completely destroy the cohesion of the model and his red secondary color is actually orange in game. His weapon matches the intended color. I think the skin would be vastly improved if his color was updated to match and the particle effects were toned down a bit. I think the fire effect could be removed from the horns entirely or changed to a simple glow.

I don't recall him ever receiving a texture update for the new rift. Perhaps this could be looked into when more pressing champions receive theirs.
