PSA: Hitman Zed is still not a skin

because it looks like a 9 year old came up with the concept.

Well when the concept of this same skin came up on this forum a few months back it had a lot of support then just faded away, would love to see a zed skin, but i would prefer it to be something different

The splash art looks nice, but think about it - what really cool effects can you add to his Q, E, and R (Assuming his W is a remodel of himself). This skin concept would produce a good 750 skin at max.

I believe this was first determined to be Mafia Zed, not Hitman Zed. The fact that Mafia is reserved for ADC's thus far is a stretch.
