Anivia critting for 1306 with an AP build?
I was playing some mid critplank cause I was rather bored. Held my own but in the end we lost. Was curious on the stats and end up seeing Anivia largest crit was 1306 with an AP only build. But how?

Anivia's E is counted as a "crit" if the target is marked with frost. because it does double the damage it is a "crit"
