To customize champions ourselves. I don't mean customizing their abilities/weapons, etc. I mean their looks.

For instance, I always want to play female champions, and the champion I main is Jayce Top Lane. All the female characters that I have tried top lane are either boring or im not good with their kit. Id love to be able to customize how my character looks.

Fully customizable champions seems like a nightmare, we have skins for changing appearences.

Also riot wants all champions to look distinctly like themselves regardless what skin they use which is why in the past some skins have been changed and what your implying would mean that the characters unrecognizable
