Illaoi skin ideas (no art skills though)
Now to begin I would like to say that I have absolutely no art skills whatsoever. What I do have though is an imagination.
Skin idea #1
Imagine a skin for Illaoi that is something like Atlantean queen Illaoi. She has scaled legs or leggings. Her splash art is her sitting on a throne that is covered in seaweed or with a shark swimming around her. Her idol instead is trident or something of the sort.
Maybe make it a legendary skin and give her lines like "atlantis will never sink again." "RELEASE THE KRAKEN"
Another possibility is to make it more like she is deep sea Illaoi making her tentacles into sea weed.
Skin idea #2
Illaoi is more of a golem. Her tentacles are actually rock hands or arms that slam down as a fist. In this skin she doesn't have an idol. She is just made of rock.
Her W is her doing a double fisted ground pound and her R kinda does an earthquake to show the impact of her jumping.
Now I know that I have no pictures and my descriptions are kinda bland. I just find it abysmal that Illaoi does not have any other skins. If anybody could possibly draw and is willing to I have no problem with that. These are just two ideas to maybe get the ball rolling on it.
