Champ Concept- a ranged Chemist master?

The artwork isnt mine, I found it on Tickld awhile back, but it brought me to the idea of a new champ concept.

I think it'll be cool to have a ranged champ that also is a chemist and uses a mix of both when he fights.

Maybe like Kung jin from MKX where he has different stances with chemical uses (similar to udyr) and each one changes his ranged abilites.

also if you know the artist, say in the comments, cuz I wanna give him props for this piece.
