Arclight Kayle?

When I started playing this game before season one dropped, I played Shen then Anivia. I remember seeing Kayle in the shop and thinking "Oh my god, an angel this guy is going to be so cool" (realized a little later is was a female) ANYWAY I've always really liked Kayle since the start of the game. what I want to know is why Kayle hasn't received an Archlight skin yet? (+50 points to anyone who would get the would-be reference)
